Lisa Renshaw serves as Vice President, Capital Markets Group of Commonwealth Capital Corp. Based in our Wilmington, North Carolina office, Ms. Renshaw brings over twenty years of sophisticated corporate finance experience to CCC and heads syndication and lease acquisitions efforts in the Eastern United States.
Previously, Ms. Renshaw was employed by IBM Global Finance where she supported the IGF portfolio by structuring FMV leases, upgrades, extensions, hybrids and migrations for IBM customers. Ms. Renshaw also previously worked in corporate finance roles at IBJ Schroeder Bank and Trust and Citibank.
She is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. Ms. Renshaw is a Cum Laude graduate of American University.
