Nina Warshofsky joined Commonwealth in 2010 and serves as the Lease Relations Supervisor in our Portfolio Management Group. Ms. Warshofsky, based in our Florida location, brings over 20 years of leasing experience and works directly with lessees and lessors during the life of the lease. End of term options and equipment remarketing are the department’s primary focus.
Previously, Ms. Warshofsky was employed by TAMCO, an equipment leasing company. During her 8 year tenure, she was VP - Director of Operations responsible for Credit, Documentation, Customer Service and Asset Management. Prior to TAMCO, Ms. Warshofsky worked in Credit for American Business Credit, A Danka Company, Bell Atlantic Leasing and Denrich Leasing.
Ms. Warshofsky holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a MBA from Florida State University.
