Commonwealth’s objective is to acquire Information Technology, Telecommunications and Medical Technology equipment leases from a wide range of domestic, creditworthy companies. Our strategy is to acquire short-term operating leases (12-36 mos) so that the residual value of the equipment will still be sufficient at end of lease term to potentially maximize overall return and meet our investment objectives.
